Fall is a wonderful time for change and new beginnings. School starts, the autumn leaves start to change colors, and the weather starts to get a bit cooler. This is the perfect time to update our essential pieces, swap out our short sleeves for longer ones. When we work from home and need comfort yet professionalism, we, surprising, need a wide variety of outfits.
In addition to work, we bounce between all sorts of activities. A meeting with the boss, a last minute teleconference, a long day working from home remotely at the computer, followed by picking up the kids or meeting friends. Each event needs its own sense of comfort and style. Get inspired with these cute fall work outfit ideas and the suggested inspiration.
1. For an online meeting with your boss
A meeting with the boss or ‘higher up’ should be a bit more formal. Dress in business casual, even if you think the boss will be casual. It will make you feel professional and more confidant. You can go more formal if you are in a profession such as law or finance but adding a jacket or nice cardigan on top.

Opt for a top that has simplicity yet elegance. The round neckline is very decent for an online meeting. Style it with a simple chain necklace. A clutch or simple handbag adds to the look.

4. For casual work at home days or regular telecons with a familiar colleague

Since this is still a work call, make sure you are well groomed and your clothes are still ironed as it can be easy to get ‘sloppy’ with people we know all too well.
